Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice, but not necessarily an easy practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.

This class is for anyone that desires a little peace in the middle of their day! The class begins with 30 minutes of Flow Yoga (all levels welcome) and ends with 30 minutes of deeper stretches working into a 15 minute meditation.
You asked for it! Here it is! 45 minutes of a Power Yoga Flow! Getting into the body, building upon strength and flexibility- all in 45 minutes. This class will include core work, strengthening, stretching those muscles, and occasionally- weights here and there! Enjoy this fun twist to Yoga and Fitness - meeting on the mat!
Kids are natural yogis, and our Kids classes use yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation to help your kids learn skills they can use both inside and outside the yoga studio. Yoga provides physical benefits such as improved coordination, flexibility, positive body awareness, and balance. In addition, yoga can help with concentration, patience, positive self-esteem, and stress relief to help your kids navigate the world in which we live. Kids classes will help your child find balance both on and off the mat!
Ages 4-9. If you have a 3 year old- as long as they are ok with being left with the teacher.
Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga is a meditative flow that practices slowing down by using a slow steady breath, holding postures, transitioning smoothly, and opening gently and mindfully with the ability to move deeper into one's body and self.
45 Minutes of deep stretching with the assistance of our TRX straps! The TRX Suspension Straps allow you to safely find more mobility and range of motion in your poses. Gently allowing you into a deeper stretch. Getting a thorough stretch through the upper body that is often hard to achieve in most yoga classes. This is a glorious class that you do not want to miss!
