Christine loves teaching a heart centered, slow flowing yoga class that alternates between movement and stillness. She believes it’s more valuable to focus on breath and body awareness than to rush through a sequence or strive for the “perfect” pose. Her intention as a yoga teacher is to create a supportive space for her students to let go of self-judgement, grow stronger in mind, body, and spirit, and bring more peace and light into their lives.
More than two decades ago, Christine discovered yoga and meditation while searching for spiritual connection and natural healing for ADD and anxiety. In 2012, despite her tight hamstrings and balance challenges, she dedicated herself to a consistent yoga practice. She found her perfect teacher, Othene Munson, at The Center for Yoga, where she went on to earn her teaching certificate in 2018.
Christine is the co-creator of a healing technique called Christ Consciousness Healing Protocol (CCHP) that she co-created with Amy Wheeler. She is also currently training in tai chi, Qi Gong, and Chinese energy medicine with Efrain Brady and Reiki with Hannah Hutcheson and Melissa Crowhurst. A life-long learner, she has attended hundreds of hours of workshops from anatomy to pranayama and everything in between.
