Lauren Hutcheson

Lauren stumbled across yoga after what she calls a quarter life crisis. After moving across the country, twice, she was ready to settle down and get back to her roots in Canton, Georgia. She found a sanctuary within Horizon and began healing. She started the YTT 200 hr training with Hannah Hutcheson and Michele Stewart, graduating in March of 2022. Ever since then she has been leading slow, intentional and powerful flows. She enjoys the slow rhythm of movement and breath that allows her to help others delve deeper into their bodies. Lauren teaches in a style that is accessible to all, and she’s always eager to get to know new faces. She is on the CommUNITY schedule, and enjoys guiding emPower flows as well.

When she’s not on the mat, you can find Lauren painting pet portraits, wild animals or landscapes. She loves being outdoors, hiking or gardening. Join her on the mat for a peaceful and powerful flow.
