Joie Godfrey

Joie’s yoga journey started in 2004 with a DVD. She took that DVD home and Alan Finger guided her through Savasana and she was hooked. Circumstances and social anxiety kept her out of studio classes, so she did that DVD and a few others until YouTube came along. But she knew
she wanted to dive deeper. Then in 2021 everything just fell into place and on the first day of Spring of 2022, the astrological New Year, Joie became a yoga teacher. She graduated her 200 HR YTT with Hannah Hutcheson and Michele Stewart at Horizon Healing Center.

Joie loves the outdoors. She can be found in her garden, on a trail, tending her bees or enjoying live music.
