I don’t have a crazy, crisis-mode, come to Yoga experience to share. For me, Yoga has always just been there. Reliably by my side, like a supportive nurturing friend. There to stoke my fire, remind me of my power. There to hold me when I'm weary and hold space to let my heart speak. I came to Yoga at the ripe-old age of 18. My practice has grown and changed and ebbed and flowed and taken as many forms as I have over all these years. Yoga has always met me wherever I've been and offered me whatever I’ve needed. My varied experiences in my personal practice, as well as my formal training, have molded me into a versatile, well rounded and authentic instructor.
In 2014, I completed my 200 hour training with Bethany Vaughn. In 2017, 100 hours in Yin and Restorative Yoga at Yandara Yoga Institute. In 2018, Yoga Nidra Level I and II with Nick Atlas. In 2021 I completed my education at Atlanta School of Massage and became an LMT in the state of Georgia! I practice both Western Table Massage (specializing in deep tissue and myofascial release) as well As Thai Mat Massage.
The weight of our world is so heavy and it is my Dharma to ease suffering where I can. One hour at a time, through the breath and through the body.
