Jennifer began practicing yoga consistently in 2006 after an injury and began to see the many physical benefits to yoga as well as the mind–body–spirit connection. This connection ignited the desire for her to learn more, take her practice deeper, and create a transformation within herself and in others she shares her practice with.
Community is very important to Jennifer. She has a passion for helping people and encourages others to bring their yoga practice into everyday life - not just on the mat. “Everyone can practice yoga – it brings us through seasons of life and our practice can be as individual as we are.” – Jennifer McClellan
