Christine EberhardtChristine loves teaching a heart centered, slow flowing yoga class that alternates between movement and stillness. She believes it’s more valuable to focus on breath and body awareness than to rush through a sequence or strive for the “perfect” pose. Her intention as a yoga teacher is to create a supportive space for her students to let go of self-judgement and grow stronger in mind, body, and spirit. She teaches Qi Gong and Tai Chi with the same passionate desire to share these practices she loves while helping students feel stronger, healthier, more confident, and aligned with their inner, unwavering light.
More than two decades ago, Christine discovered yoga and meditation and eventually found her teacher, Othene Munson, at The Center for Yoga, where she earned her teaching certificate in 2018. She became a certified Yoga Breath Coach after studying with Lucas Rockwood in 2022 and now provides Yoga Breath workshops and coaching. In 2019 she began studying Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine with Efrain Brady at Paths to Integration. She completed her first level of training as a Tai Chi/Qi Gong Instructor in 2023 and is continuing for more advanced level instruction. She is also a second-degree Reiki practitioner, attuned by Melissa Crowhurst and Hannah Hutcheson. She has a particular interest in using her energy work to support children and adults with autism, ADHD, and other neuro-diversities. |
