Yoga Teacher Training

​We are taking applications for our 2020- 2021  200 hour yoga teacher training beginning in September! (Only 12 spots and 3 have already been scooped up!)

This training is for those that are interested in exploring all 8 limbs of the yoga tree 🌳🙏✨

Asana, the physical postures- is just one of the 8 limbs. I like to think of it as a small little limb that you use to just catch your footing before you jump up to a bigger branch with a bigger view. 

Yoga is such a beautiful journey of the self, through the self, to the Self. Honestly, in teacher training- it's ALLLLLL of that. I learned so much about myself in yoga teacher training- more than I think I had ever even thought of wanting to know. I discovered parts of myself that I had hidden for years, for a lifetime. I discovered parts of myself that have been scratching at the door trying to come out. I also blossomed into these new paths that I forged myself! I rewrote my script and I healed 7 generations back by doing the work.
