Michele is an amazingly open and honest yoga teacher, who touches every soul she meets! She creates a safe space with each class, opening herself up in hopes that others feel that they are not alone! Her rawness is what makes her so lovable! She allows everyone to work through their own issues, while holding space for each student. Michele has studied under Paul Grilley, a major proponent of Yin Yoga and anatomy. She brings this immense knowledge to each class!
Throughout class, she will show you how talking about these things while snuggling into a yoga posture can bring calmness and stillness to your body and to your mind.
We can guarantee relaxation, conversation, and hopefully a few laughs (guaranteed!) while talking about the tough things in life that helped her change, not only how she sees the world and herself, through the healing power of yoga!
While relaxing into yin postures, we will converse about addiction, depression and anxiety, and how certain yoga postures can help you manage all of the above.
