Interested in this topic, but you are not a yoga teacher? No worries. Email Hannah what weekends you are interested and we can see if it works for you! These weekends are a deep exploration into some pretty complex topics that cannot be deeply broken down in a 60-75 minute yoga class. So if you wanna know more about chakras, then come on!
Meet the Teachers

Before Michele started practicing yoga her entire body hurt. She was stiff and sore from head to toe. She knew she needed to do something but she did not have a lot of extra time as she worked a lot of hours. In 2012, Michele went to her first yin yoga class. She was SO worried that she would not be able to do anything because my body was sore, my muscles were stiff, my joints hurt, as she says- she was physically “out of shape,” depressed and anxious. She was feeling bad about herself and no longer wanted to feel that way.
After her first yin class she felt different, in a way she had never felt before. Relaxed physically and mentally and she knew then that this was something that was going to help her feel better all around. She was so stunned by how great she felt that she knew she needed to pursue “this yoga thing” further for her own physical, mental and energetic health.
So that’s what she did and here’s where it led:
- October, 2012 began practicing yoga
- May, 2014 received 200 hour yoga teacher certification (Be Yoga, Isabelle Casey and Rachel Goldberg)
- May 2014 began teaching yoga (currently teaching seven yoga classes per week)
- July 2015 received 100 hour yin yoga teacher training certification (Paul Grilley)
- 2016 Reiki Level I & II
- 2017 Reiki Master Level
- August 2017 Yoga and Body Image Summit Course (Yoga International)
- January 2018 Biodynamic Yin (15 hours) (Cat Kabira)
- May 2018 received 200 hour yin yoga teacher training certification (Paul Grilley)
- March 2019 Breaking Barriers: Transforming The Samskara of Codependency (Nikki Myers Y12SR)
- August 2020, Making Peace with Your Body, seminar with Amber Karnes, Body Positive Yoga
- January 2021 completed 300 hour yoga training certification, Kristine Weber, Subtle Yoga
- January 2021, completed 30 hour yoga training certification, Accessible Yoga with Jivana Heyman
- April 2021, completed 20 hour yoga training certification, Memory Management Yoga with Liz Heffernan, Soma Yoga Institute and David Webster, Better Living Yoga & Yoga for Brain Health
"Taking the time to relax and unwind my physical body and my mind with yin has been tremendously beneficial to my physical, mental and energetic health. I am here in the hopes to bring that feeling to the masses without intimidation." Michele Stewart E-RYT 500

Hannah Hutcheson's journey in life truly began laying in savasana after a hot and sweaty vinyasa class. She knew she was home. From there, she began the exploration of herself. Over the years, her practice has transformed from a purely physical practice to a healing and spiritual dedication to her body and mind. She lives by the philosophy that one must be the change they wish to see in the world- and it all starts with her own soul and her own actions.

"One day you finally knew what you had to do, and began" - Mary Oliver. For Hannah it was practicing yoga on the beach a few years back. She knew that she had to teach. She watched the dolphins swimming, felt the sun kissing her skin, and heard the waves crashing in...She had never felt such contentment and peace. She decided in that moment that she had to be a yoga instructor. She had to share with others the journey of self discovery and the healing nature of yoga!
Hannah is a E-RYT 500hr & RPYT Yoga Teacher, trained at be yoga in Downtown Marietta March 2015 with her 200hr. Through this certification, she concentrated on energetic yoga (chakras, bandhas, pranayama). Hannah obtained her 300hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification at Etowah Valley Yoga in Cartersville under Sue Hopkins January of 2018, to ultimately make her a RYT 500hr. She has also completed a Registered Prenatal Yoga Course to help women navigate pregnancy: prenatal and postnatal, as well as women's health. Hannah has completed many workshops and trainings to add on to her collection of knowledge including: Ayurveda, Herbalism, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, and Prenatal as well as TRX and Barre (after her 20yr background of dance) to add more physicality into her practice. She is also certified in EFT & Hypnotherapy. She looks forward to continuing her education throughout her life as she is a life-learner and forever a student of the World.
She looks forward to continuing her education throughout her life as she is a life-learner and forever a student of the World. She even has her BS in Psychology and MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She uses what she learned at the Universities to bring an analytical approach to healing. In her MA program she focused on Business Coaching. She never knew it would have brought her to owning her own business. Hannah is also a Certified Life Coach, Writer, Assisted Thai Yoga Bodywork Practitioner, Herbalist, and a Certified Reiki Master. She is also a High Priestess in the Order of Mary Magadala and an EFT Practitioner. She has love in her eyes and flowers in her hair. Always dreaming of magic and mysticism. Yoga has helped play a leading role in her life, allowing her to carefully blossom the nurturing soul that she is. She has an amazing supportive husband, Brooks, who is the yin to her yang (yes she is yang!). They own a little cabin in the woods where they spend their time snuggling their sweet boys River and Forrest, their cat Pickles, and often a book in hand with the mountain views in sight! Hannah fully believes in the power of manifesting your own reality! Abracadabra: what I speak I create!
